In 1811, Ludwig Bapst, a 67-year-old former district surveyor, lived in the house, who was the Postmaster of Aizpute and the Registrar of the Russian Imperial College during the census that year.
In 1844 it was the property of Lewin Konrad, obtained in 1839 from his father Asser Konrad.
In 1863, there was a house owned by a Feinberg, who also owned houses at № 3 Katoļu (Catholic) Street and № 7 Kuldīgas Street. It is interesting that in 1892 it was bought by another Feinbergs - Schanno. Seller unknown.
In 1921, the property was bought from Feinberg's heirs by the married couple Foss. In the 1920s, Sh. Mulner Antiques Store was there.
